Shopping Buddy

Ben has been a trooper lately being carted around from store to store, in and out of the car seat. So when we saw this train at B&B he just had to take a ride (when I say ride I mean sit on it as it didn't move).  He loved it! Maybe something we should get for under the tree 😉😉 Daddy!

10 Months Old

Ben is very mobile now a days and absolutely hates sitting still. Makes taking his picture oh so much fun. So when I tried taking his 10 Month picture and I said "please sit for mommy" this is the face I got. Here's hoping for some smiles at 11 months. 

Below are some of the last smiley faces I got at 9 months but forgot to post. 

No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed

It is extremely hard to get Ben to sit still for a picture anymore and usually if he has to sit still I never get a smile. So instead we went and cruised around the bed. Can't wait to see how happy he is with himself when he can stand all by himself

Ben was a little crabby at dinner tonight so I thought it might be fun to play with our food a little 

Under Construction

Well we are officially out of the house and demo has been done! It's been a very busy week we had two days to pack and get out.

 Unfortunately we also found out Ben has his first cold during those two days. Not only is my poor babe in a new bedroom but he's all doped up as well. And not the good sleepy kind. Oh no these are the bounce off the wall kind. So he's been getting sleep when he can.

Fingers crossed we will all be on a better schedule next week.

Fall Fashion

Ben grows out of clothes so fast I try to get as many pictures as I can before they need to be packed away.

Whooo's Ready for Fall

I thought I was on my game packing away all Ben's summer clothes and then BAM 80+ weather almost all week. Thank goodness fall weather is creeping back in because we can't wait to go pumpkin picking. Ben is amazed by pumpkins whenever he sees them. Can't wait to get pictures of him when he sees a field full. Until then here are a couple photos from a fall photo shoot we did.

Teething But Happy

Poor Button has been having some pretty rough nights lately.  I even found some blood on his crib sheet from one tooth cutting through the gum (Yikes!). After only a few hours of sleep his smile is infectious. We will both have even bigger smiles if he sleeps tonight...fingers crossed!

Puppy Dog Kisses

Now that he's more mobile Ben has become increasingly interested in Gus.  Thankfully, Gus is just as interested (and luckily much more gentle than Ben is to him).  Mark is a little worried Ben will say "Gus" before "Dada".

7 month monkey

I can't believe is been almost a month since the last post. With school starting things have been very busy. I can't believe my chunky little monkey is already 7 months old! My sweet boy loves playing peek-a-boo, giving kisses, and gets so excited to see Daddy each day when he gets home. Here are some highlights from the 7 month photo shoot this afternoon.

Summer is ending way too fast so we are trying to soak up as much of the beach as we can before real life sets back in. Ben has been a great beach buddy this summer. He especially loves "swimming" at the beach!

6 month photo shoot

Posting is few days late but here are some highlights from Ben's 6 month "photo shoot". Calmly sitting next to Buttons the Bear is now a thing of the past.

Stop & Shop Terror

I thought it was a good idea to take my sweet sleeping baby to the grocery store. Usually he snuggles up in his carrier and takes a nice snooze. And then he turned 6 months old...He slept just long enough for me to grab a cart. Then the protest of the carrier started (he won), screaming (which he thought was hysterical), and raspberries ensued. Needless to say Mark will be grocery shopping the next time. 

Sweet Boy's Baptism Day!

We could'nt be prouder of our sweet baby boy. He didnt cry at all and looked ever so handsome in his outfit! Special shot out to Grandma for the beautiful baptism blanket!
